Today I won't talk about politics.. Enough for me… But, I would like to talk and remind Malaysian Businessman/Tax Payers on their obligations to the laws.
Dear Businessman/Tax Payers,
Hope your business is doing well!
The financial year of your esteemed Company for the year 2008 has passed and I wish to remind you of the obligation under Sections 143(1) and 169(1) of the Companies Act, 1965 and Sections 77A of the Incomes Tax Act, 1967 as follows:-
1) To convene Annual General Meeting on or before 30 June 2009 and table thereat of audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2008.
2) To submit audited Financial Statements together with Annual Return to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) within one month after AGM date.
3) To submit Form C and Form R together with Tax Computation to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) within 6 months after year end.
I also wish to remind you to comply with requirements of respective laws and regulations to avoid any obligation or penalties imposed on your Company, for any non-compliance or late submission.

- Submission of Form B - Business Income
- Convene AGM (If any)
- Submission of Annual Return to SSM and
Audited Financial Statements as at 31 December 2008
31 JULY 2009 (FRIDAY)
- Submission of Form C and R for companies
- Submission of Annual Return to SSM and
Audited Financial Statements as at 31 December 2008
